- 3/4cupmelted butter
- 1/2cupgranulated sugar
- 3/4cuplight brown sugar
- 1/2tspsalt
- 1tspvanilla extract
- 1pcegg
- 1pcegg yolk
- 1tbspmatcha powderculinary grade
- 1/2tspbaking soda
- 2cupsall-purpose flour
- 1/4cupbread flour
- 1/2cupmacadamia nut
- 1/4cupwhite chocolate chip
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, and salt until there are no lumps.

Add in vanilla extract, egg, and egg yolk. Whisk until smooth.

Using a sifter over the mix, sift in matcha powder, baking soda, all-purpose flour, and bread flour.

Fold the mix together using a spatula until a dough forms.

Add in macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips.
