
How To Make Heath Bar Cookies
Treat yourself to these buttery and chewy heath bar cookies, made with chocolate and heath toffee bits, for delightful baked goodies.

Ingredients
- 1½cupsunsalted butter,softened
- 1cupgranulated sugar
- 1cuplight brown sugar,packed
- 1tbsppure vanilla extract
- 2large eggs
- 3¾cupsall-purpose flour
- 2tspbaking soda
- 1tspsalt
- 2cupschocolate
- 2cupsheath toffee bits
Instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars with an electric mixer on medium speed for about 3 minutes until light and fluffy. Add in vanilla and eggs and mix until fully incorporated. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients into the butter mixture and mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips and toffee bits.

Measure dough using a medium cookie scoop (about 1½ tablespoons) and place it onto prepared cookie sheets about 2-inches apart.

Bake in the preheated oven for 11 to 13 minutes or until light brown. Allow cookies to cool for a few minutes before removing from cookie sheet to cooling rack.
