How To Make Hazelnut S’mores Bars

Fulfill your palate’s desires with this sweet and decadent s’mores bars, loaded with sweet hazelnut spread and dark chocolate!

  • ½cupbutter,softened
  • ¼cupbrown sugar
  • 1egg
  • 1tspvanilla extract
  • 1⅓cupsflour
  • ¾cupgraham cracker crumbs
  • 1tspbaking powder
  • ¼tspsalt
  • ¼cuphazelnut spread
  • 1dark chocolate bar
  • 1cupmarshmallow fluff


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix the butter and brown sugar. Beat in the egg and vanilla; continue blending for about 2 minutes.

  3. Add the dry ingredients and mix until dough forms. Divide the dough in half.

  4. Place half of the dough in the baking tray, making sure the entire bottom is covered. Spread the hazelnut spread evenly, then add the dark chocolate on top.

  5. Spread the marshmallow fluff on top of the chocolate. *

  6. Take the remaining dough and make small shingles to cover the top.

  7. Bake for about 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

  8. Cut into desired pieces and enjoy!
