How To Make Granola M&M Cookies
These M&M cookies are also filled with chocolate chips, granola, and cinnamon to create a merry mishmash of sweet treats that just works.

Ingredients
- ½cupbutter,softened
- ¾cupsugar
- ¾cuppacked brown sugar
- 2eggs,plus 1 yolk
- 2tspvanilla extract
- 2tbspmilk
- 2½cupsall-purpose flour
- 1tspbaking soda
- 1tspsalt
- ¼tspcinnamon
- ½cupgranola
- 1cupM&M’s,preferred variant
- 1cupchocolate chips,(dark or semisweet)
Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until combined. Set aside.

Using an electric mixer (with a separate bowl), cream the butter, sugar and brown sugar together with a mixer on medium speed until combined. Add the eggs and yolks one at a time, beating between each addition.

Then add vanilla and milk, and continue beating. Gradually add the dry ingredients until combined. Stir in granola, M&Ms and chocolate chips until well blended.

Chill dough for at least 1 hour before baking.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Shape dough into small balls, and bake for 9 to 12 minutes, or until slightly golden.
