No baking required. My sons still request this recipe (or have their wives request it!) They are easy, good, and satisfying for chocolate and peanut lovers.
How To Make Fudge Cookies
An incredibly quick and easy recipe for your dessert cravings! This wonderful fudge cookies are up and ready in just under 10 minutes – the hardest part is letting let get to room temperature and waiting to fully set.

Ingredients
- ½ cup milk
- 1 stick butter
- â…“ cup cocoa
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup chunky peanut butter
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup coconut
- ½ cup dry roasted peanuts, (optional)
Instructions

Put milk, butter, vanilla and cocoa in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, until butter is melted and mixture comes to a boil.
- Boil for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Quickly add peanut butter, oatmeal, coconut and peanuts.
- Mix together thoroughly.
- With teaspoon, portion out on waxed paper.
- Let cool and harden.
