How To Make Fudge Cookies

An incredibly quick and easy recipe for your dessert cravings! This wonderful fudge cookies are up and ready in just under 10 minutes – the hardest part is letting let get to room temperature and waiting to fully set.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • cup cocoa
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup chunky peanut butter
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup coconut
  • ½ cup dry roasted peanuts, (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put milk, butter, vanilla and cocoa in a saucepan.

  2. Cook over medium heat, until butter is melted and mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Boil for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat. Quickly add peanut butter, oatmeal, coconut and peanuts.
  5. Mix together thoroughly.
  6. With teaspoon, portion out on waxed paper.
  7. Let cool and harden.
