How to make Flourless Cocoa Cookies
Making these flourless cocoa cookies with a molten chocolate center is a fast and easy way to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1½ cups unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup dark chocolate bars, shaved
- 1½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- flaky sea salt, for sprinkling
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
-
In a large mixing bowl, sift together the sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt.
-
Make a well in the center, pour the eggs and vanilla into it, and fold until evenly incorporated.
-
Lastly, fold in shaved chocolate until evenly incorporated.
-
Portion roughly 2 tablespoons of cookie dough onto your lined baking sheet, inches apart from each other, using any tool that you prefer. Repeat until you have used up all the cookie dough.
-
Sprinkle each with flaky sea salt.
-
Bake for roughly 10 minutes, rotate the baking sheet halfway until cracked on top and slightly underbaked at the middle.
-
Transfer the cookies onto cooling racks and either allow them to cool down completely for storage, or cool down briefly and serve while warm. You will have a molten chocolate center if you do this.
