How to make Flourless Cocoa Cookies

Making these flourless cocoa cookies with a molten chocolate center is a fast and easy way to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Prep: 5 mins
Cook: 20 mins
Total: 25 mins
Makes:

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • cups unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup dark chocolate bars, shaved
  • tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • flaky sea salt, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, sift together the sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. Make a well in the center, pour the eggs and vanilla into it, and fold until evenly incorporated.

  4. Lastly, fold in shaved chocolate until evenly incorporated.

  5. Portion roughly 2 tablespoons of cookie dough onto your lined baking sheet, inches apart from each other, using any tool that you prefer. Repeat until you have used up all the cookie dough.

  6. Sprinkle each with flaky sea salt.

  7. Bake for roughly 10 minutes, rotate the baking sheet halfway until cracked on top and slightly underbaked at the middle.

  8. Transfer the cookies onto cooling racks and either allow them to cool down completely for storage, or cool down briefly and serve while warm. You will have a molten chocolate center if you do this.
