How To Make Easy Almond Butter Cookies

- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.

Use a fork to press down on each ball of dough, creating a crisscross pattern on the top of the cookie.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
