This is an easy cookie recipe because the “dough” is from cake mix. Coconut, chocolate chips and macadamia nuts make this a cookie you’ll want to make all the time.

Ingredients
- 18 1/4 oz white cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup coconut, flaked
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup macadamia nuts , or almonds, chopped
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, beat dry cake mix, eggs and oil (batter will be very stiff).

Stir in coconut, chips and nuts. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on lightly greased baking sheets.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until a slight indentation remains when lightly touched.

Cool for 2 minutes; remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
