This is a really easy recipe but another favorite cookie flavor that combines cinnamon, toffee and some pecan nuts.

Ingredients
- 18 oz Pillsbury sugar cookie roll, refrigerated
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, break up cookie dough. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla, and mix well. Add pecans and toffee bits; mix well.

Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls 3 inches apart onto sprayed cookie sheets.

Bake for 11-14 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 3 minutes; remove from cookie sheets.
