How To Make Chocolate Snickerdoodles
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- cinnamon sugar, (3 Tbs. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon)
Instructions

Combine the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy in a separate bowl

Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Mix until combined.

Roll dough into balls. Place the balls onto two parchment lined baking sheets.

Bake in a 400° oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
