Ingredients
- 1cupoatmeal,dry, like old-fashioned oats
- â…”cupcoconut flakes,toasted, unsweetened
- ½cuppeanut butter
- ½cupground flax seed
- â…“cuphoney,or agave nectar
- ¼cupunsweetened cocoa powder
- 1tbspseeds,optional
- 1tspvanilla extract
Instructions

Stir the oatmeal, coconut flakes, peanut butter, flax seed, honey, cocoa powder, seeds and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.

Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Once chilled, roll into balls of 1-inch diameter or desired size.
