How To Make Chocolate-Dipped Coconut Macaroons
Whip up our delectable macaroons recipe for your next tasty snack! It’s got heaping flavors of sweet coconut and are dipped in chocolate for added flavor.
Mix the vanilla extract and almond extract in with the condensed milk.
Add in the flour, coconut flakes and salt, then mix well.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Scoop out 18 macaroons using an ice cream scoop onto parchment paper-line baking tray.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the macaroons from the oven, and allow to cool.
Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second increments until completely smooth.
Dip the bottom ½-inch of the macaroons in the melted chocolate.
Place back onto the parchment paper, then let harden.
Serve, and enjoy!
