How To Make Chocolate Cookies and Cream Cookie

Moist chocolate cookies topped with sweet cream and Oreo bits, this cookies and cream cookie combination is nothing short of a sugary paradise.

  • 18.3oz.brownie mix
  • cupsall-purpose flour
  • 3tbsppacked light-brown sugar
  • ¼tsp.salt
  • 2largeeggs
  • 2tbspmilk
  • ½cupunsalted butter (, melted)
  • 1tspvanilla extract
  • 12pcsoreos,finely chopped

Vanilla Cream Frosting

  • 4cupspowdered sugar
  • ½cupunsalted butter,softened
  • 6Tbsp.heavy cream
  • 1tsp.vanilla extract
  • ¼tsp.salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a cookie sheet and set aside.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together brownie mix, flour, brown sugar, and salt. Add in eggs and milk and stir with a large spoon.

  3. Add in melted butter and vanilla and stir until well blended. Spoon dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before frosting. Once cool, frost each cookie and sprinkle with chopped Oreos.

Vanilla Cream Frosting

  1. In a large mixing bowl, with an electric mixer, whip together sugar, butter and cream until fluffy. Stir in vanilla and salt, blend well.
