How To Make Chocolate Caramel Pizookie

Cookie or pizza? Why not both? This chocolate caramel pizookie is a deep dish cookie pizza oozing with caramel and chocolate and topped with ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 1cupunsalted butter,softened
  • 1cupsugar
  • ½cupbrown sugar,packed
  • 1tbspvanilla
  • 2largeeggs
  • cupflour
  • 1tspbaking soda
  • ½tspsalt
  • 1cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½cupmilk chocolate chips
  • ½cupchocolate covered caramel candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 10-inch cast-iron skillet with baking spray.

  2. Cream the butter, sugar, and brown sugar on high in your stand mixer for 2 to 3 minutes or until pale and fluffy.

  3. Add in the vanilla and eggs and combine on medium speed until fully incorporated.

  4. Add in the flour, baking soda, salt until just combined then fold in the chocolates.

  5. Put half the cookie dough into the cast iron skillet, sprinkle in the chocolate covered caramels then cover with the rest of the cookie dough and bake for 20 minutes, covered with foil, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

  6. Slice and top with ice-cream, then serve your pizza cookie!
