
How To Make Chewy Coconut Macaroons
These delectable coconut macaroons are flavored with vanilla and almond extract for an irresistibly sweet taste, then baked to chewy perfection.

Ingredients
- 14ozsweetened condensed milk
- 1tspvanilla extract
- 1tspalmond extract
- ā cupflour
- 14ozsweetened coconut flakes(1 bag)
- ¼tspkosher salt
Instructions

Mix the vanilla extract and almond extract in with the condensed milk in a large bowl.

Add in the flour, coconut flakes and salt, then mix well.

Refrigerate for 1 hour.

With an ice cream scoop, scoop 18 macaroons onto a parchment paper-lined baking tray.

Bake in a 350 degrees F preheated oven for 15 minutes.
