Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

How To Make Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate chip cookies get an upgrade with the addition of salty-sweet caramel bits in this recipe. The result is a perfectly soft and chewy cookie.

Ingredients

  • 3cupsflour
  • 1tspbaking soda
  • 1tspsalt
  • cupsbrown sugar
  • 1cupunsalted buttersoftened
  • ¼cupwhite sugar
  • 2largeeggs
  • 2tspvanilla extract
  • 2cupsdark chocolate chunks
  • 1cupcaramel baking bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.

  2. In a stand mixer beat the brown sugar, butter, and sugar for 2 to 4 minutes until lightened and creamy, then add in the eggs and vanilla until fully combined.

  3. Add in the flour mixture until just combined then fold in the chocolate and caramel chips.

  4. Scoop in 2 tablespoon sized balls on a cookie sheet and bake for 13 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
