How To Make Cake Batter Snickerdoodles

This snickerdoodles recipe is perfect for when you’re in a hurry. It uses cake mix so prep time is shorter and you get a yummy treat in just 15 minutes.

  • 1boxDuncan Hines Classic Yellow Cake Mix
  • 3tbspsugar
  • 1tbspcinnamon
  • 2large eggs
  • ¼cupvegetable oil


  1. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and mix. Set aside.

  2. Combine cake mix, eggs and oil in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until all combined. Use medium cookie scoop and scoop onto greased cookie sheet.

  3. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mix. Using the bottom of a cup, flatten the cookies a bit.

  4. Bake at 375 degrees F for 7 to 9 minutes. Let Cool & ENJOY!
