- 2½cupsflour
- ¾cupsugar
- ¾cupbrown sugar
- 1tspvanilla
- 1cupbutter
- 1tspbaking soda
- 1tspsalt
- 2large eggs
- 2cupsbutterscotch chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a small bowl, mix your flour, salt and baking soda, set aside.

With a stand mixer or in a large bowl, cream together the sugars and butter.

Add vanilla and eggs one at a time.

Slowly add in the flour mixture, until all combined. Mix in the butterscotch chips.

Scoop onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.
