  • cupsflour
  • ¾cupsugar
  • ¾cupbrown sugar
  • 1tspvanilla
  • 1cupbutter
  • 1tspbaking soda
  • 1tspsalt
  • 2large eggs
  • 2cupsbutterscotch chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix your flour, salt and baking soda, set aside.

  3. With a stand mixer or in a large bowl, cream together the sugars and butter.

  4. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time.

  5. Slowly add in the flour mixture, until all combined. Mix in the butterscotch chips.

  6. Scoop onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.
