How To Make Brookies (Fudgy Brownie Cookies)
Get the best of both worlds with these brookies, or brownie cookies, that are rich and chewy in every chocolatey bite! Whip up a batch in less than an hour.

Ingredients
- 18.25ozbrownie mix,(1 package)
- ⅓cupvegetable oil
- 1egg
- 2tbspwater
- ½cupconfectioners’ sugar
- 30milk chocolate candy kisses,such as Hershey’s Kisses®, unwrapped
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Stir the brownie mix, oil, egg, and water together in a bowl until the dough is thick and begins to pull away from sides of the bowl.

Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them 2 inches apart on a baking sheet.

Bake in the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes until just set in the center.

Cool the brookies on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Sift the confectioners’ sugar over the brookies and cool for 5 minutes more.

Gently place 1 chocolate kiss in the center of each brookie, then serve and enjoy!
