Rah Rah Raisins are yogurt, oatmeal, and raisin Girl Scout cookies that were briefly introduced in 2015 but sadly discontinued the very next year. If you’re a lover of these yogurt raisin cookies and was devastated by the news, fret no more. Now you can bake your very own homemade Rah-Rah Raisins!


If you can’t get enough of these Girl Scout raisin cookies, why not make it at home? Make this sweet treat with oats, raisins and Greek yogurt chips!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, equivalent to 2 sticks
  • 3 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the oatmeal and the melted butter.
  3. Add in the sugar and the egg whites and continue stirring until they're well-blended.
  4. Add in the raisins and Greek yogurt chips and continue to stir.
  5. Once you're done stirring, spoon the batter onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Once your cookies are done baking, take them out of the oven and serve.
