How To Make Banana Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

A wonderful recipe for scrumptious cookies! The flavor combination is simply irresistible with the banana along with chocolate and peanut butter chips. Have your kitchen smelling amazing while these goodies are baking in the oven.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter , or margarine, softened
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 egg, large
  • ½ cup mashed banana
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 cups oats, uncooked quick-cooking or old-fashioned
  • ½ cup Nestle Peanut Butter & Milk Chocolate Morsels, or ¼ cup each chocolate and peanut butter chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a large bowl cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Beat in egg and banana.
  4. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, and salt, then blend into the creamed mixture.
  5. Add the oats and mix well, then stir in the peanut butter and chocolate chips.
  6. Drop Tbsp. at a time on ungreased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart.

  7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until just set.

  8. Do not overbake.
  9. Cool 1 minute on the cookie sheets, then move to wire racks to cool completely.
