How To Make Avalanche Cookies
These no-bake avalanche cookies makes the perfect pick-me-up dessert! It’s loaded with chocolate and peanut butter, and takes less than 30 minutes to make.

Ingredients
- 2cupswhite chocolate melting discs
- ½cupcreamy peanut butter
- 1cupmini marshmallows
- 3cupsrice krispies cereal
- 1½cupsmini chocolate chips
Instructions

Melt the white chocolate in a large microwave safe bowl in 30 second increments until completely melted and smooth.

Add in the peanut butter and marshmallows, then stir well until smooth.

Let cool for 2 minutes.

Add in the rice krispies cereal and ½ cup of the chocolate chips.

Stir gently until combined, then scoop 2 tablespoons measure of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top, then let harden completely.
