
How To Make White Chocolate Fruit and Nut Clusters
Enjoy munching on these nut clusters with a sweet combination of white and dark chocolate chips. The texture from the nuts makes this a nice chewy treat.

Ingredients
- 12ozwhite chocolate melting discs
- ½cupalmonds
- ½cupdried apricots,coarsely chopped
- ½cupdried cranberries
- ½cupdried blueberries
- ½cupgolden raisins
- ½cupraisins
- 2ozsemi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions

Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.

Add the white chocolate discs to a large glass bowl and microwave in 30-second increments until smooth, stirring in between every 30 seconds.

Add the almonds and fruits into the chocolate and stir.

Place spoonfuls of the chocolate mixture onto the baking sheet in mounds.

Refrigerate until set for 15 to 20 minutes.

Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a small glass bowl in the microwave in 30-second increments until smooth, stirring in between every 30 seconds.

Drizzle the chocolate over the clusters and refrigerate again to set.
