How To Make Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares
Marshmallow squares are a great alternative to traditional cookies. A sweet blend between butterscotch chips and marshmallow with some extra nutty kick.

Ingredients
- ½cupbutter
- 11ozbutterscotch chips
- 1cuppeanut butter
- 1cupcoconut,flaked
- 1cupwalnuts,chopped
- 3½cupsminiature marshmallows
Instructions

In the lower pot of a double boiler, add water halfway to the top and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer.

In the top of a double boiler, heat butter, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter until melted. Remove from heat.

Stir in coconut, walnuts, and marshmallows.

Pour mixture in a buttered pan. Refrigerate and cut into squares. Store in the refrigerator.
