Ingredients

  • 12ozmilk chocolate candy wafers,divided
  • 12ozdark chocolate candy wafers,divided
  • 12ozpretzels,square-shaped, divided, or as needed
  • 16ozpeanut butter,divided
  • ½cuproasted slivered almonds,to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine ¼ of the milk chocolate wafers and ¼ of the dark chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl.

  2. Melt the chocolate in a microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each melting, for 1 to 3 minutes, until the chocolate is completely melted.

  3. Crumble enough pretzels into the melted chocolate until the mixture is lumpy but not thick.

  4. Spread the chocolate mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.

  5. Refrigerate or freeze for 10 to 15 minutes until firm.

  6. Place the peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl.

  7. Soften the peanut butter in the microwave for 30 to 60 seconds until easily spreadable.

  8. Spread peanut butter over hardened chocolate layer.

  9. Refrigerate or freeze for 10 to 15 minutes until firm.

  10. Combine the remaining milk chocolate and dark chocolate wafers in the same microwave-safe bowl.

  11. Melt the chocolate in a microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each melting, for 1 to 3 minutes until the chocolate is completely melted.

  12. Crumble enough pretzels into the melted chocolate until mixture is lumpy but not thick.

  13. Spread the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and top with almonds.

  14. Refrigerate or freeze until firm.

  15. Break bark into pieces, serve, and enjoy!
