  • 1 cup white rum
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 4 maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine pineapple juice, coconut milk, white rum, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth.

  2. Fill mini cupcake liners halfway with the mixture.
