Ingredients
- 1 cup raw peanuts
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ cup light corn syrup
- ⅛ tsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Mix peanuts, corn syrup, and sugar in a large bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
- Microwave for 4 minutes on high. Remove, stir and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add vanilla and butter and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add baking soda, stir and pour on a greased cookie sheet spreading thinly.
- Let cool and break brittle into pieces.
