  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together powdered sugar, softened butter, heavy cream, and peppermint extract until well combined.

  2. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and flatten them with the palm of your hand to form patties.

  3. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze them for 15 minutes.

  4. Dip each patty into the melted chocolate, making sure to coat both sides. Place them back on the parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
