Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the dates, almonds, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Pulse until the mixture comes together and forms a sticky dough.

  2. Roll the dough into small balls using your hands.

  3. If desired, roll the date balls in chopped nuts, cocoa powder, or shredded coconut to coat.
