After-Dinner Chocolate Cups Recipe

How To Make After-Dinner Chocolate Cups

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate , cut into pieces

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Brush insides of foil cups to within 1/8 inch of top edge with melted chocolate.
  3. Repeat until about 1/8-inch thick.
  4. Refrigerate 5-10 minutes or until chocolate is set.
  5. Apply second layer of chocolate over the first layer.
  6. Refrigerate until chocolate is very firm.
  7. Carefully peel foil from chocolate.
  8. Store in covered container in refrigerator or freezer until ready to use.
  9. Just before serving, fill with your favorite after-dinner liqueur.
