How To Make Gingerbread French Toasts

Wake up to the smell of Christmas and fall all at once with these luscious gingerbread French toasts, smothered in delightfully warm spices!

  • 2bread,of choice, used sourdough
  • 1whole egg
  • cupunsweetened almond milk
  • 1tbspNatvia Natural Sweetener,or sugar of choice
  • ½tspground ginger
  • ½tspground cinnamon


  1. Whisk the egg, milk, sweetener/sugar, ginger, and cinnamon well.

  2. Dip the bread, one at a time, into the egg wash.

  3. Cook both toasts on a nonstick pan sprayed with cooking oil spray until browned on both sides.

  4. Top with a drizzle of honey and 2 crushed pecans, serve, and enjoy!
