How To Make Nutella Stuffed Churro French Toast

  • 4thick breads
  • 2eggs
  • ¼cuplow fat milkor almond milk
  • 1tspground cinnamon
  • 1tspvanilla extract
  • 1tspsweeteneror sugar of choice
  • 1tbspNutella

For Coating:

  • 4tbspcinnamon sugaror 3 tablespoon sugar mixed with 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon


  1. Whisk the eggs and the milk together with the cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sweetener or sugar in a wide shallow bowl.

  2. Spread the Nutella or Hazelnut spread onto each slice and sandwich them together to make 2 sandwiches. Soak the sandwiches in the egg wash.

  3. Heat a nonstick pan or skillet with butter. Fry the egg-soaked sandwiches on low-medium heat on both sides until golden.

For Coating

  1. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar or the cinnamon sugar mixture onto a small plate and press the French Toast sandwiches down until coated like a Churro or a sugared donut.

  2. Serve with 1 scoop frozen yogurt, ice cream, fruit, berries, and/or more Nutella.

  3. Drizzle all over your Donut French Toasts!.
