
How To Make Garlic Cheese Toast Recipe

- 2clovesgarlicminced
- ½ cupcheddar cheeseshredded
- ¼ cupMonterey jack cheese
- ¼ cupparmesan cheeseshredded
- salt and pepperto taste
- 10slicesthick white breadregular or sourdough

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Butter one side of the pieces of bread with butter. Place on a baking sheet butter side down.

Combine remaining butter, garlic and cheeses in a food processor. Pulse until mixed.

Spread over the unbuttered side of the bread. Place in the oven on the middle rack and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
