Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • cooking spray
  • 4 whole-wheat bread, 1 inch slices, or any whole grain bread

To serve:

  • ¼ oz whipped cream
  • 1 cup fruits, of your choice (combination of golden kiwis, oranges, blueberries, and strawberries) fresh

Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  2. Grease your skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium.
  3. Dip the pieces of bread into the egg mixture and then transfer them to the pan or skillet.
  4. Cook for no more than 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Top with whipped cream and fresh fruit.
