How To Make Strawberry French Toast Bake
This French toast bake is a sweet and satisfying breakfast place, made of mini biscuits, tart strawberry filling, and topped with creamy whipped cream!

Ingredients
- 8biscuits,or 1 can biscuit dough
- 1cupstrawberry,quartered
For Strawberry Filling:
- 2cupsstrawberry,finely diced
- ½cupsugar
For Egg Mixture:
- 2eggs
- ½cupmilk
- ½cupmaple syrup
- 1tspvanilla extract
- ½tspcinnamon
For Garnish:
- whipped cream
Instructions

Preheat the oven 350 degrees F. Slice each biscuit into 8 pieces and place in a greased baking dish.

In a saucepan on medium heat, combine the strawberry and sugar, then cook until it reaches a boil.

Reduce the heat to a simmer and continue to cook until the filling reaches a smooth consistency. Remove from heat and set aside.

Combine the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a large bowl until well-incorporated.

Place the biscuits in a greased baking dish, then spread the egg mixture evenly on top. Top with the strawberry filling and the fresh quartered strawberries.

Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until golden brown.
