Ingredients
- 1avocado,ripe
- 2slicesbread,of choice
- 1garlic clove
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
- lemon juice,optional
- cilantro,or parsley, finely chopped
Instructions

Cut the avocado in half, then remove the seed.

Toast the bread to taste.
