- 2 cups rum ‘n’ raisin ice cream
- 8 cookies of your choice
Instructions

Take out the ice cream from the freezer and let it soften for a few minutes.

Place a scoop of ice cream onto one cookie.

Gently press another cookie on top of the ice cream to create a sandwich.
