How To Make Mini Ice Cream Pretzel Sandwiches

Serve a quick bite-size dessert with these mini ice cream sandwiches! They come with fresh strawberries, ice cream, and chocolate, in between pretzels.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 24Original Snack Factory pretzel crisps
  • ½cupstrawberry ice cream,or as needed
  • 12fresh strawberries slices
  • 12chocolate candy squares,like Hershey’s

Instructions

  1. Spoon about 2 teaspoons of ice cream onto 12 Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®, and smooth out over the pretzel.

  2. Top with a strawberry slice and a square of a chocolate candy bar. Add a small dollop of ice cream on top to hold the sandwich together. Top with remaining Pretzel Crisps®.

  3. Arrange on a serving plate and place in the freezer for about 15 minutes or until the ice cream is re-frozen before serving.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
