No need for an ice cream maker for this easy, homemade ice cream recipe. Just some ice, milk, and sugar, and you’re ready to make hot days cooler!

- ice cubes

- 2tbspsugar

Fill a large Ziploc halfway with ice cubes and add ¼ to ½ cup of salt.

In the small bag, put milk or heavy cream. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar for every 1.5 cups of milk (or to taste).

Seal the smaller bag then place it in the big bag and shake it for about 5 to 7 minutes to get the right consistency.
