How To Make Homemade Ice Cream

No need for an ice cream maker for this easy, homemade ice cream recipe. Just some ice, milk, and sugar, and you’re ready to make hot days cooler!

Ingredients

  • ice cubes
  • ¼: 5px; letter-spacing: 2px”>1½cupsmilk,reduced-fat milk, or heavy cream
  • 2tbspsugar

Instructions

  1. Fill a large Ziploc halfway with ice cubes and add ¼ to ½ cup of salt.

  2. In the small bag, put milk or heavy cream. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar for every 1.5 cups of milk (or to taste).

  3. Seal the smaller bag then place it in the big bag and shake it for about 5 to 7 minutes to get the right consistency.
