Everyone loves their share of sweets especially our little ones! We can’t forget that they need to eat healthily. Bananas are a delicious substitute for them. This homemade banana ice cream is quick to make and they won’t even recognize that it is gluten-free.

This recipe is gluten-free and can be easily made at home. With a few simple ingredients and mixing, you can have this delicious banana ice cream perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 4 large bananas, ripe and frozen
  • 2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
  • 4 tsp peanut butter
  • healthy toppings , of your choice, fresh fruit, almonds, honey etc.

Instructions

  1. Slice bananas and place in a bag.

  2. Freeze overnight.

  3. On the next day, blend bananas, milk, and peanut butter until smooth.

  4. Freeze in a plastic container for at least one hour before serving.

  5. Add your favorite toppings!
