How To Make Toffee Chip Brownies

Toffee bits take classic brownies to the next level in this recipe for toffee chip brownies. It’s a one-bowl fudgy recipe loaded with chocolate & toffee.

  • ½cupunsalted butter,melted
  • 1cupsugar
  • 2large eggs
  • 2tspvanilla extract
  • cupunsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½cupflour
  • ¼tspsalt
  • ¼tspbaking powder
  • 1cuptoffee chips,divided
  • ½cupsemi sweet chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Spray an 8×8-inch baking pan with baking spray.

  3. Whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.

  4. Whisk in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.

  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and ¾ cup of the toffee chips.

  6. Spread batter evenly into greased baking pan.

  7. Sprinkle the remaining toffee chips over the top of the batter.

  8. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
