Marbled Cookie Brownies (Domino’s Copycat) Recipe

Marbled Cookie Brownies (Domino’s Copycat) Recipe

Some mornings, I’m on the fence between chocolate cookies and fudgy brownies. And then I discovered the recipe for Domino’s cookie brownie, which, I think, is among the BEST Domino’s desserts. Since then, I never had to choose between the two equally delectable treats. And the best part? My version tastes as heavenly as the original!

These marbled brownies are everything I love about cookies and brownies: fudgy, chewy, and full of chocolatey goodness.

Here are the ingredients you need to make decadent marbled cookie brownie a la Domino’s:

  • Flour, Baking soda & Baking powder – To give your Domino’s cookies a nice structure.
  • Chocolate chips & Cocoa powder – To deliver the rich, chocolate flavor we all love in Domino’s cookie brownie.
  • Sweeteners – To add sweet flavors, I used a combination of white sugar and brown sugar.
  • Unsalted butter – I used softened butter for the cookie layer and melted it for the brownie layer.
  • Eggs – They’re used to bind the ingredients together.
  • Vanilla extract – To give these copycat Domino’s brownies slash cookies a hint of vanilla taste.
  • Salt – Add a pinch to enhance the sweetness of the sugars.

I guarantee you, my cookie brownie recipe is so simple you can easily master it after a few tries. And here’s a tip for perfectly baked cookies: it’s best to chill the cookie dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. With my easy brownie recipe, you never have to go out EVER whenever you crave the cookie brownie at Domino’s. If you made a big batch, you can just freeze any leftovers for up to 3 months.

When ready to eat, defrost the marbled cookie brownie in the fridge overnight then reheat it in the microwave. It’s even more delicious after dinner with ice cream or caramel sauce on top!
