  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped sugar-free chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the applesauce, coconut oil, sweetener, eggs, and vanilla extract.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  5. Fold in the chopped sugar-free chocolate.

  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  8. Allow the brownies to cool before slicing and serving.
