
How To Make Gooey Oreo Brownies
Oreo brownies are definite hits for all those cookie and chocolate lovers out there. A rich and gooey batter is dotted with chunks of Oreo cookies.

Ingredients
- ½cupbutter,plus 2 tbsp, melted
- ½cupcocoa powder
- 1½cupssugar
- 2eggs
- 1tspvanilla
- ½cupall purpose flour
- ½cupchocolate chunks
- 15Oreo Cookies
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8×8-inch dish with aluminum foil or parchment paper.

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the melted butter, cocoa powder, and sugar. Add in the eggs and vanilla and combine.

Stir in the flour and fold in the chocolate chunks. Spread half of the batter into the prepared pan. Place 12 Oreos in a single layer.

Spread the remaining batter on top of the brownies. Use the rest of the Oreos to crush and sprinkle on top.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until they are set. The center will still be gooey, so remove from oven and let cool completely.
