How To Make Snickerdoodle Blondies

Snickerdoodle blondies have all the flavors of a classic dessert packed in a portable bar form. The crisp sugar and cinnamon topping is absolutely divine.

Ingredients

  • 2⅔cupsflour
  • 2tspbaking powder
  • 1tspsalt
  • 2cupsbrown sugar,packed
  • 1cupbutter,room temperature
  • 2eggs,at room temperature
  • 1tbspvanilla
  • 2tbspwhite sugar
  • 2tspground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt set aside.

  2. Combine the butter, eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla.

  3. Add in the dry ingredients. (Flour, baking powder, and salt.)

  4. Spread in a greased 9×13-inch dish. The batter will be thick almost like a cookie mixture.

  5. Combine the cinnamon topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until top springs back when pressed.
