How To Make Snickerdoodle Blondies
Snickerdoodle blondies have all the flavors of a classic dessert packed in a portable bar form. The crisp sugar and cinnamon topping is absolutely divine.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt set aside.
Combine the butter, eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla.
Add in the dry ingredients. (Flour, baking powder, and salt.)
Spread in a greased 9×13-inch dish. The batter will be thick almost like a cookie mixture.
Combine the cinnamon topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until top springs back when pressed.
