  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, ground flaxseed, mini chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and vanilla extract.

  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully combined.

  3. Take small portions of the mixture and roll it into bite-sized balls using your hands.

  4. Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

  5. Once firm, transfer the energy bites to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
