
How To Make Grasshopper Bars
Grasshopper bars are fun and delicious desserts for mint and chocolate fans. These treats have a chocolate cookie base topped with minty cream cheese.

Ingredients
- 1pouchBetty Crocker double chocolate chunk cookie mix
- â…“cupvegetable oil
- 2tbspwater
- 1egg
For Frosting:
- 3cupspowdered sugar
- 8ozcream cheese,softened
- ¼cupbutter,softened
- 2tbspmilk
- ½tspvanilla
- ½tspmint extract
- green food coloring
- chocolate jimmies
- mini chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium bow, combine cookie mix, oil, water and egg until dough forms. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch pan.

Bake for 15 minutes and let cool.

While cooling, make frosting by beating cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, milk, vanilla, mint extract and green food coloring until smooth.

Spread over bars and top with sprinkles and mini chocolate chips. Enjoy!
