How To Make Gooey Brownie Mud Hen Bars
Grab a bite of these gooey mud hen bars, loaded with chocolate chips and pecans, topped with a brown sugar meringue, for a decadent sweet treat!

Ingredients
- 1boxbrownie mix,plus corresponding ingredients
- 2egg whites
- 1cupbrown sugar
- ½cuppecan
- ½cupmini marshmallow
- ½cupchocolate chips
Instructions

Prepare the Brownie Mix according to directions on the box.

In a medium mixing bowl, add the egg whites and beat for about 2 to 3 minutes until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold in the brown sugar until incorporated.

Pour the brownie mix into greased 9×9-inch baking pan. Top brownie mix with pecans, marshmallows, and chocolate chips. Spread brown sugar meringue evenly over the brownie layer.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for about 35 minutes. If the top starts to brown too quickly – cover loosely with aluminum foil halfway through.

Remove from oven and allow to cool completely at room temperature.
