For Cake:

1boxfunfetti cake mix
¼cupvegetable oil
1egg
⅓cupmilk
¾cupwhite chocolate chips

For Frosting:

½cupbutter,softened
3tbspmilk
1tspvanilla
2cupspowdered sugar
