Life can be just a tad more colorful if you have this funfetti blondie recipe. The cake bars are moist, tender, and covered in a sweet vanilla frosting.

For Cake:

  • 1boxfunfetti cake mix
  • ¼cupvegetable oil
  • 1egg
  • cupmilk
  • ¾cupwhite chocolate chips

For Frosting:

  • ½cupbutter,softened
  • 3tbspmilk
  • 1tspvanilla
  • 2cupspowdered sugar



    1. In a bowl, mix cake mix, egg, and oil until well combined. Add milk slowly to the mixture. Stir in chips and mix well.

    2. Pour batter into a greased 7×11-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool.

    3. Mix all ingredients for frosting until smooth. Spread over bars.
