Ingredients

  • 1pkgfudge brownie mix,(13×9-inch pan size)
  • â…”cupwalnuts,chopped
  • 14ozsweetened condensed milk,(1 can)
  • 2tsppeppermint extract
  • 4dropsgreen food coloring,optional
  • 2cupsheavy whipped cream,whipped
  • ½cupminiature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 16ozhot fudge topping,(1 jar) hot fudge topping, optional
  • ½cupsalted peanuts,for topping, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and prepare brownie mix according to directions. Stir in walnuts. Pour into a greased 13×9-inch pan.

  2. Bake for 23 to 27 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes clean. Let cool completely on a wire rack.

  3. Meanwhile in a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract, and green food coloring. Fold in whipped heavy cream and chocolate chips.

  4. Spread on top of cooled brownie. Freeze for 3 hours or overnight.

  5. Serve with warmed hot fudge topping drizzled on top and peanuts. Enjoy!
